Our tech captain with 10 years of startup adventures, he believes that independence is the magic key to keeping any mission alive. With him steering the ship, Terra Green is always sailing beyond comfort zones and into the land of “never been done before.”

And oh, by the way — he’s also the father of ZOE AI. (Yes, you heard that right.) Some people invent apps, some invent startups… Jayden decided to invent an AI with imagination. Around here, we like to joke that he didn’t just build a brain for tech — he gave imagination its own digital twin.

Her superpower? Staying calm when everyone else is in turbo mode. She’s our human Wi-Fi — connecting governments, big corporations, and the Terra Green team so that ideas don’t just stay on paper… they actually happen.

She’s also the mastermind behind “Once Upon A Time in Terra” (OUATIT) — our big, bold move to make events the secret weapon for putting Terra Green on the map in our very first year. With 10 years of finance know-how in her back pocket, she can stretch every dollar and fuel our R&D dreams like a pro.

Patient, stable, and laser-focused, she’s the one quietly steering us toward bigger stages, brighter lights, and bolder impact.

She is our Co-Founder & The Bridge Builder — Ms. Lee Sook Wen.

She’s the only one in the team who grew up with recycling as a daily habit. To her, low-carbon living isn’t about sacrifice — it’s about upgrading the quality of life. When you strip away the excess and give your life a little subtraction, that’s when you truly discover the joy of living.

He’s the man who swapped a comfortable corporate career for sun, soil, and a whole new chapter with Terra Green. 

Fluent in Malay, he quickly became the team’s go-to communicator, building strong connections with local communities and workers.

From starting with absolutely no farming experience, he rolled up his sleeves and learned it all — managing a banana farm from the ground up and experimenting hands-on with hydroponic systems.

Over time, he took the lead in operations, guiding his team to construct facilities that Terra Green had never attempted before. Whether it’s turning an empty space into a productive farm or bringing a bold idea to life, he’s the one making sure our visions become reality.

He is our Co-Founder & Behind-the-Scenes Hero, Mr. Adrian Hung.

Tall enough to be spotted in any crowd, he’s the gentle giant of our team — and the one with the quirkiest questions and ideas. He’s the team’s very own energy bar — always ready to break the ice and recharge everyone’s spirits. But he doesn’t just power up the team; he has a far bigger mission: to power up an entire city with green energy. With a vision to convert 1,150 GW/year into clean, renewable energy, he’s on a mission to make sustainability shine on a city-wide scale.

At Terra Green, he leads our solar energy and EV charging station projects, making sure we stay ahead with the latest clean tech updates. And when it comes to events, he’s right there with Mr. Adrian, making sure every setup has the power it needs to run smoothly. Whether it’s energizing people or powering cities, he’s the one who keeps the lights — and our momentum — on.

He is our co-founder & the power-up energy bar - Mr. Gaius Thow.

After 12 years of taking care of people, she decided it was time for a bigger patient — the Earth. She’s done healing humans — now she’s healing the planet.

With her strong knowledge of health and hygiene, she shows that living green is not only good for the planet, but also for our own well-being. She’s the one who brought the idea of turning used cooking oil into multipurpose wash for our Refillable Solution project. She loves finding ways to change “waste” into something useful.

Meet Abang Akmal — the man who keeps Terra Green’s operations running like clockwork. As our Operation Manager, he’s the one making sure the toughest tasks get done, rain or shine. From scheduling waste collection runs to organizing the daily grind, he’s the steady hand behind the scenes.

Known as our “idea-and-tools” guy, he always seems to have the right fix at the right time — whether it’s a wrench, a clever shortcut, or just sheer determination. Sunburnt, rain-soaked, and always on the move, Abang Akmal is proof that sustainability isn’t built in boardrooms alone — it’s built with sweat, grit, and heart.

He is our Operation Manager, Abang Akmal — the everyday problem-solver who makes sure Terra Green’s big dreams stand tall on solid ground.

She’s the oldest member of the team — but you’d never guess it from the way she keeps up with our fast-paced, ever-changing days. Carrying the spirit of “learn as long as you live”, she proves that curiosity and adaptability never go out of style.

Whether it’s preparing for an event, lending a hand to a teammate, or picking up new skills on the fly, she’s always there, ready to help and ready to learn. For us, she’s more than just an extra pair of hands — she’s the steady, dependable presence that makes our events run smoother and our days a little brighter.

Wild-caught at an OUATIT Green Carnival, this tiny planet with two wobbly leaves quickly became Terra Green’s most beloved sidekick.

She’s the invisible force behind our Smart Recycling Stations, the soul of our dashboards, and the quiet engineer who makes sure our smart tech actually feels smart. With ZOE AI around, our team moves faster, works lighter, and focuses on the ideas that really matter.
